- APPLICATION NOTE: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 55kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A431 (calculated MW of 56.9kDa according to NP_068811.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing RXRB a band of approx. 60kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml.
- SPECIFICITY: This antibody is expected to recognise an epitope corresponding to aa 70-83 of human RXR beta protein and does not cross-react with either RXR alpha or gamma.
