Background
- FZD6 Antibody: FZD6 acts as a receptor for Wnt proteins. Frizzled receptors are coupled to the beta-catenin canonical signaling pathway. Together with FZD3, FZD6 is involved with neural tube closure and plays a role in the regulation of planar cell polarity, particularly in the orientation of asymmetric bundles of stereocilia on apical faces of a subset of sensory cells located in the inner ear.
