Drug Analogues

The antibody drug is a milestone in the history of drug development, subverting the pattern of traditional drug development. The development of antibody drugs has gone through four generations of evolution: the first generation is a mouse antibody; the second generation is a human-mouse chimeric antibody; the third generation is a humanized antibody, and the fourth generation is a fully human antibody. The mechanism of action of antibody drugs is more complex, but generally can be attributed to the following five categories: cytotoxic drugs, inhibit cell proliferation, regulate cell activation and interaction, regulate the human immune system, and neutralize antigens. In recent years, the indications of antibody drugs have rapidly expanded from cancer and autoimmune diseases to more areas, such as ophthalmological diseases, hyperlipidemia, osteoporosis, asthma, multiple sclerosis, etc. ProSci Inc. now provides hundreds of monoclonal antibody drug analogs for scientific researchers' use.
