TIGIT Immune Checkpoint
The T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT) is a member of the PVR (poliovirus receptor) family of immunoglobin proteins. Similar to other immune checkpoint proteins such as PD-1, TIGIT is upregulated on exhausted T cells in chronic viral infections and cancer. Blockade of both TIGIT and PD-1 pathways leads to tumor rejection in mice suggesting that it may be of therapeutic use against cancer.
TIGIT Matched Pair Antibody Sets
A sandwich ELISA was performed using anti-TIGIT mouse monoclonal antibodies to capture the TIGIT extracellular domain antigen and anti-TIGIT single domain antibodies for detection.

Mouse Monoclonal TIGIT Antibodies
ProSci's monoclonal immune checkpoint antibodies made to improve in vitro studies. Unlike antibodies developed using proteins made in yeast or bacteria, these TIGIT antibodies are developed with antigens expressed in mammalian cell lines, giving the most native post-translational modifications to the protein. They are guaranteed to work for their tested applications.
Mouse Monoclonal TIGIT Antibody Set
Sets consist of 20µg aliquots of several mouse monoclonal antibodies with different binding features allowing for selection of the best clone for your application.
Mouse Monoclonal TIGIT Antibodies
ProSci’s Risk-Free TIGIT antibodies are rigorously tested and guaranteed to work for their designated applications. TIGIT antibodies were raised against the extracellular domain of human TIGIT.
Single Domain Recombinant Monoclonal TIGIT Antibodies
Llama single domain antibodies (sdAbs) offer unique characteristics amenable to many applications. These sdAbs demonstrate low nanomolar binding affinity and can be used for the various applications.
Single Domain Recombinant Monoclonal TIGIT Antibody Set
Sets consist of 20µg aliquots of several single domain antibodies with different binding features allowing for selection of the best clone for your application.
