PD-L1 Immune Checkpoint
PD-L1 is a B7-related protein that inhibits cell-mediated immune responses by reducing the secretion of IL-2 and IL-10 from memory T cells. PD-L1 can bind to PD-1, which mediates inhibitory signals from the APC.
PD-L1 Matched Pair Antibody Sets
A sandwich ELISA was performed using anti-PD-L1 mouse monoclonal antibodies to capture the PD-L1 extracellular domain antigen and anti-PD-L1 single domain antibodies for detection.
Mouse Monoclonal PD-L1 Antibodies
ProSci's monoclonal immune checkpoint antibodies made to improve in vitro studies. Unlike antibodies developed using proteins made in yeast or bacteria, these PD-L1 antibodies are developed with antigens expressed in mammalian cell lines, giving the most native post-translational modifications to the protein. They are guaranteed to work for their tested applications.
Mouse Monoclonal PD-L1 Antibody Set
Sets consist of 20µg aliquots of several mouse monoclonal antibodies with different binding features allowing for selection of the best clone for your application.
Mouse Monoclonal PD-L1 Antibodies
ProSci’s Risk-Free PD-L1 antibodies are rigorously tested and guaranteed to work for their designated applications. PD-L1 antibodies were raised against the extracellular domain of human PD-L1.
Single Domain Recombinant Monoclonal PD-L1 Antibodies
Llama single domain antibodies (sdAbs) offer unique characteristics amenable to many applications. These sdAbs demonstrate low nanomolar binding affinity and can be used for the various applications.
