HOST SPECIES: | Goat |
SPECIES REACTIVITY: | Rabbit |
IMMUNOGEN: | Rabbit IgG - whole molecule |
CONJUGATE: | Unconjugated |
TARGET SPECIES: | Reacts with the heavy chain of rabbit IgG. |
TESTED APPLICATIONS: | ELISA, IHC, WB |
APPLICATIONS: | Unconjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry. Recommended dilutions are as follows, ELISA 1:35,000 - 1:325,000, Western Blot 1:3,000 - 1:35,000, Immunohistochemistry 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user). |
PURIFICATION: | Unconjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 0.5% |
