HOST SPECIES:Goat
SPECIES REACTIVITY:Mouse
IMMUNOGEN:Mouse IgG - whole molecule
CONJUGATE:Biotin
TARGET SPECIES:Reacts with the heavy chain of mouse IgG.
TESTED APPLICATIONS:ELISA
APPLICATIONS:Biotin Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Mouse IgG is suitable for immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assay using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin #S000-03 and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiozoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:50,000 to 1:200,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user).
SPECIFICITY:Minimum Cross reactivity to Human Serum Proteins
psi-iconProperties
PURIFICATION:Biotin Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Mouse IgG was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1.0% cross reactivity against human IgG.
ISOTYPE:IgG
CONJUGATE:Biotin
PHYSICAL STATE:Lyophilized
BUFFER:0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide; pH 7.2; 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin
STORAGE CONDITIONS:Biotin Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Mouse IgG can be stored vial at 4 ˚C prior to restoration. For extended storage mix product with glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20 ˚C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4 ˚C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
