Location
17 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human VGF.
Application
VGF peptide is used for blocking the activity of VGF antibody (catalog number 4611). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.

VGF peptide is supplied as 50 μg at 200 μg/ml in PBS pH7.2 (10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide. Store at -20˚C stable for one year.
