15 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human UEV1A.
Application
UEV1A peptide is used for blocking the activity of UEV1A antibody (Cat. No. 3375). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in immunoblot analysis by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.

UEV1A peptide is supplied as 200 μg/ml, 50 μg/vial, in PBS pH7.2 (10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide. Store at -20˚C, stable for one year.
