UBC13 Peptide
Background
UBC13 / Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2N Peptide
Location
15 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human UBC13.
Application
UBC13 peptide is used for blocking the activity of the Anti-UBC13 antibody (Cat. No. 3373). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.
