TLR4 Peptide
Background
TLR4 (N-Terminus) Peptide
Location
15 amino acids near the amino terminus of human TLR4.
Application
TLR4 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-TLR4 antibody (Cat. No. 3141). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.
