Source
TIM-3 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of TIM-3.
Purification
TIM-3 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Clonality / Clone
This is a polyclonal antibody.
Host
TIM-3 antibody was raised in goat.
Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.
Application
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 35kDa band observed in Human Tonsil, Thymus, Lymph Node and Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 33.4kDa according to NP_116171.3). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing HAVCR2 a band of approx. 35kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1.0μg/ml.
