Location
14 amino acids near the amino terminus of human sumo.
Application
Sumo peptide is used for blocking activity of sumo antibody. It usually blocks antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.

Sumo peptide is supplied as 50 μg at 200 μg/ml in PBS pH7.2 (10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide. Store at -20˚C stable for one year.
