Location
16 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human Ski.
Application
Ski peptide is used for blocking activity of Ski antibody. It usually blocks antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.

Ski peptide is supplied as 50 μg at 200 μg/ml in PBS pH7.2 (10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide. Store at -20˚C stable for one year.
