SARS Spike Peptide
Background
SARS Spike (C-Terminus) Peptide
Location
20 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of SARS Spike protein.
Application
SARS Spike peptide is used for blocking the activity of the SARS Spike antibody (Cat. No. 3525). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in ELISA assays by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C. It may also act to block the SARS Spike antibody in Western blots.
