Description
Left: Western blot analysis of S100A4 in human placenta lysate (35μg protein in RIPA buffer) using S100A4 antibody (0.03μg/mL).

Purification
S100A4 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approx 13kDa band observed in human placenta lysates (calculated MW of 11.7kDa according to NP_002952.1and NP_062427.1). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1μg/ml.
