Rheb Peptide
Background
Rheb (N-Terminus) Peptide
Location
14 amino acids near the amino terminus of human Rheb.
Application
Rheb peptide is used for blocking the activity of the Anti-Rheb antibody (Cat. No. 3499). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.
