Background
The Redi-Pro (TM) Antibody Biotinylation Kit offers the complete solution to the quantitative biotinylation of 100μg of antibody. The kit incorporates traceable biotin and allows for direct spectrophotometric verification of biotin incorporation with a simple A280 and A354 measurement to determine the number of biotins per antibody molecule.
