Psoriasin antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of Psoriasin.
Purification
Psoriasin antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

This is a polyclonal antibody.

Psoriasin antibody was raised in goat.
Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.
Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 15kDa band in human skin lysates after 0.3μg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 11.5kDa according to NP_002954.1. The 15kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
