Purification
PAD4 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 74kDa band observed in human spleen and human liver lysates (calculated MW of 74.1kDa according to NP_036519). Recommended concentration: 0.3-2μg/ml.
