Osteopontin Antibody

Description

Left: Western blot analysis of osteopontin in MOLT4 cell lysate (RIPA buffer, 30μg total protein per lane) using osteopontin antibody (1μg/mL).

Source

Osteopontin antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide near the C-terminus of SPP1.

Purification

Osteopontin antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Clonality / Clone

This is a polyclonal antibody.

Host

Osteopontin antibody was raised in goat.

Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.

Application

Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 30kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines Jurkat and MOLT4. This band corresponds to the cleavage product from the 60kDa glycoprotein (calculated MW of 33.8kDa according to NP_000573.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/ml.

Tested Application

E, WB

Buffer

Osteopontin antibody is supplied as 0.1mg of purified antibody, 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
