Purification
ORAI1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx. 50-55kDa band observed in Human Liver and Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 32.7kDa according to NP_116179.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Li et al, ,J Biol Chem. 2007 Oct 5;282(40):29448-56.; PMID: 17702753). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1μg/ml.
