Purification
ODZ3 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments in Human Brain lysates and in lysates of cell line NIH 3T3 gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1µg/ml). IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cerebellum) shows nuclear staining of the granular cell layer. Recommended concentration, 1.5-3µg/ml. Immunofluorescence: Nuclear staining (green) in HeLa cells.
