13 amino acids near the amino terminus of human Nanos2.
Application
Nanos2 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Nanos2 antibody (catalog number 4647). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.

Nanos2 peptide is supplied as 50 μg at 200 μg/ml in PBS pH7.2 (10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide. Store at -20˚C stable for one year.
