NOD2 Antibody

Description

Left: Western blot analysis of NOD2 in human Peripheral Blood Mononucleocyte lysate (35μg protein in RIPA buffer) using NOD2 antibody (0.1μg/mL).

Source

NOD2 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide near an internal region of NOD2.

Purification

NOD2 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Clonality / Clone

This is a polyclonal antibody.

Host

NOD2 antibody was raised in goat.

Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.

Application

Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 100kDa band observed in lysates of human peripheral blood mononucleocytes (calculated MW of 115kDa according to NP_071445.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 60kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.

Tested Application

E, WB

Buffer

NOD2 antibody is supplied as 0.1mg of purified antibody, 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Storage

Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.

Species Reactivity

H, M, R
