Purification
NANOS1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Approx 35-37kDa band observed in human testis lysates (calculated MW of 30.2kDa according to NP_955631.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Clarke et al, Hum Mol Genet. 2004 Apr 1;13(7):727-39. Epub 2004 Feb 12, PMID: 14962983). Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/ml.
