MyD88 Peptide
Background
MyD88 (C-Terminus) Peptide
Location
18 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human MyD88.
Application
MyD88 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-MyD88 (Cat. No. 2127). Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
