Diagnosis: Matched Normal Tissue and Tumor Tissue Lysates
Matched normal tissue and tumor tissue lysates are excellent for comparing normal tissues and tumor tissues in assays using protein lysates. Normal tissue lysates were generated from tissues with no sign of disease or infection, and are matched with tumor tissue lysates which have been diagnosed as a tumor in the same tissue. ProSci lysates are ready-to-use and available for proteomics research applications including electrophoresis, western blot, immunoprecipitation, enzymatic activity analysis, protein-protein interaction analysis, and tissue specific expression identification.
