MMP2 antibody was produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human MMP2.
Application
MMP2 antibody can be used for Western blot at a suggested dilution of 1 μg/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1: 50,000 - 100,000 as secondary antibody. The protein size is 660 amino acids.

Antibody is supplied in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Product may ship lyophilized. To reconstitute add 100μl of distilled water making the final concentration 1 mg/ml.
Storage
MMP2 antibody is supplied in PBS buffer containing 0.02% sodium azide. For longer periods of storage, store at -20ºC. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycle.
