MECL1 Antibody

Description

Left: Western blot analysis of MECL1 in human lung lysate (35μg protein in RIPA buffer) using MECL1 antibody (0.3μg/ml).

Source

MECL1 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide cooresponding to the internal region of MECL1.

Purification

MECL1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Clonality / Clone

This is a polyclonal antibody.

Host

MECL1 antibody was raised in goat.

Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.

Application

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western Blot: Approx 26kDa band observed in Human, Liver, Lung and Lymph Node lysates (calculated MW of 28.9kDa according to NP_002792.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.
