MADD Peptide
Background
MADD (C-Terminus) Peptide
Location
19 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human MADD.
Application
MADD peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-MADD (Cat. No. 1150). Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
