Lysates
ProSci provides researchers with a variety of ready-to-use tissue lysates and cell lysates for proteomics research applications including electrophoresis, western blotting, immunoprecipitation, enzymatic activity analysis, protein-protein interaction analysis, and tissue specific expression identification.
ProSci currently offers total protein lysates, cytoplasmic protein lysates, membrane protein lysates, and nuclear protein lysates. ProSci has accumulated a wide array of sources for our tissue lysates and cell lysates including over 30 cell lines, 1000 human tissues and 70 mouse and rat tissues.
ProSci also provides lysates from a variety of developmental stages as well as a variety of normal, tumor and disease characterized tissues.
