Purification
Liver X Receptor antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 55kDa band observed in human spleen lysates (calculated MW of 50.5kDa according to NP_005684 and 50.1kDa according to NP_009052). Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/ml.
