Location
16 amino acids near the amino terminus of human LFG.
Application
LFG peptide is used for blocking the activity of LFG antibody. It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.

LFG peptide is supplied as 50 μg at 200 μg/ml in PBS pH7.2 (10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide. Store at -20˚C stable for one year.
