DBA subline 212 Mouse (8 months, Female) lymphocytic leukemia
Preparation
Mouse L1210 cells were cultured in DMEM and harvested at the log phase of growth. The L1210 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and arrayed on a 12-well (5 mm) adhesive coated slide, with each well’s surface specifically treated to enhance cellular attachment and to minimize background staining. Each well was loaded with approximately 7.5 x 103 L1210 cells. A follow-up heat dehydration process was done to ensure the attachment of L1210 cells and the stability of cellular proteins.
Application
L1210 cell slide is provided for immunocytochemical analysis of protein and protein-protein interaction. Procedures for immunohistochemistry can be directly applied.

Storage
L1210 cell slide can be stored for up to 6 months at 4°C under desiccate conditions.
