Lysates
Human lysates provided by ProSci are ready-to-use for proteomics research. ProSci carries over 1000 different human lysates. Our human lysates are categorized according to diagnosis, protein type, developmental stage, tissue type and cell line. They are also grouped alphabetically by letter.
Human Lysates in the category of diagnosis include human liver cirrhosis lysates, human lupus lysates, human tumor lysates, and other diagnosed human lysates. Protein type human lysates include the human lysates which have been purified into cytoplasmic human lysates, nuclear human lysates, and membrane human lysates. We also have many total protein human lysates.
ProSci human lysates include many different tissue types, classified as human tissue lysates, and many different cell lines, classified as human cell line lysates. ProSci has also categorized our human lysates by tissue type, which includes 65 categories of different human tissues and human organs. ProSci carries human lysates from different developmental stages of development, including human fetal lysates, human embryo lysates, and human adult lysates.
ProSci lysates are available for proteomics research applications including electrophoresis, western blot, immunoprecipitation, enzymatic activity analysis, protein-protein interaction analysis, and tissue specific expression identification. Please check product documentation to see recommended and tested applications for each human lysate.
