Species: Human Lysates: Diagnosis: Human Heart Disease Lysates
Human heart disease lysates include lysates which involve arrhythmia, infarction, hypertension, and congenital heart disease. Arrhythmia/infarction lysates were generated from human heart tissues which have been diagnosed with a variety of arrhythmia and infarction related states. Hypertension lysates were generated from human heart tissues which have been diagnosed with hypertension. ProSci lysates are available for proteomics research applications including electrophoresis, western blot, immunoprecipitation, enzymatic activity analysis, protein-protein interaction analysis, and tissue specific expression identification. Heart arrhythmia, or irregular heart rate, can manifest itself in a variety of symptoms. Heart arrhythmia can cause something as simple as an awareness of one?s heart rate, to palpitations or in the worse case can cause an acute myocardial infarction, or heart attack. Hypertension is a disease where the blood pressure is raised above a normal level. Hypertension is a major risk factor for a number of serious diseases including stroke, heart attack, heart failure, arterial aneurysm, and chronic renal failure.
