Human Cell Array II

Preparation
Human Cell Array II carries 6 different human cell lines, including HL-60, Jurkat, K-562, MOLT-4, Raji and THP-1. Cells are harvested at the log phase of growth. In order to keep the antigens in their native forms, cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde. The cells were arrayed on a 12-well (5 mm) adhesive coated slide, with each well’s surface specifically treated to enhance cellular attachment and to minimize background staining. Each well loaded with approximately 7.5 x 103 cells. A follow-up heat dehydration process was done to ensure the attachment of cells and the stability of cellular proteins.
Application
Human Cell Array II is provided for immunocytochemical analysis of protein and protein-protein interaction. Pretreatment with 0.1% TritonX-100 for 1 minute at room temperature before applying immunocytochemistry is strongly suggested.

Human Cell Array II can be stored for up to 3 months at 4°C under desiccate conditions.
