Human Cell Array I

Preparation
Human Cell Array I carries 6 different human cell lines, including 293, A-431, A549, Hela S3, Hep G2 and MCF7. Cells are harvested at the log phase of growth. In order to keep the antigens in their native forms, cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde. The cells were arrayed on a 12-well (5 mm) adhesive coated slide, with each well’s surface specifically treated to enhance cellular attachment and to minimize background staining. Each well loaded with approximately 7.5 x 103 cells. A follow-up heat dehydration process was done to ensure the attachment of cells and the stability of cellular proteins.
Application
Human Cell Array I is provided for immunocytochemical analysis of protein and protein-protein interaction. Procedures for immunocytochemistry can be directly applied.

Human Cell Array I can be stored for up to 3 months at 4°C under desiccate conditions.
