Description
Hep G2 Cell Slide
|
Source
human hepatocellular carcinoma
Preparation
Human Hep G2 cells were cultured in Minimum Essential Medium (Eagle) with 2 mM L-glutamine and harvested at the log phase of growth. The Hep G2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and arrayed on a 12-well (5 mm) adhesive coated slide, with each well’s surface specifically treated to enhance cellular attachment and to minimize background staining. Each well was loaded with approximately 7.5 x 103 Hep G2 cells. A follow-up heat dehydration process was done to ensure the attachment of Hep G2 cells and the stability of cellular proteins.
Application
Hep G2 cell slide is provided for immunocytochemical analysis of protein and protein-protein interaction. Procedures for immunohistochemistry can be directly applied.
