HTATIP2 Antibody
Background
CC3 (HTATIP2) is a member of the short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases (SDR) family. It is a novel serine/threonine kinase that phosphorylates the C-terminal domain (CTD) of the largest RNA polymerase II subunit and induces the expression of apoptosis related genes Bad and Siva, as well as metastasis suppressor NM23-H2. It also interacts with an estrogen receptor alpha-interacting coactivator CIA and regulates ERalpha-mediated c-myc transcription.

Application
HTATIP2 antibody can be used for detection of HTATIP2 by ELISA at 1:1562500. HTATIP2 antibody can be used for detection of HTATIP2 by western blot at 0.5-1.0 μg/ml, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

Buffer
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 200 μl of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml.
Storage
For longer periods of storage, store HTATIP2 antibody at -20˚C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
