Primary Antibodies
HELB Antibody
Background
The protein encoded by this gene is a DNA helicase. A dominant-negative mutant of this protein blocks chromosomal DNA replication and suggests that its function is required for S phase entry.
Additional Names
HELB
|
Description
Left: Western blot analysis of HELB in Jurkat Cell Lysate using HELB antibody at 2.5 μg/ml (8% gel).
|
Purification
Antibody is purified by protein A chromatography method.
Clonality / Clone
This is a polyclonal antibody.
Host
HELB antibody was raised in rabbit.
Please use anti-rabbit secondary antibodies.
