Left: Western blot analysis of GAD67 in Jurkat lysate (35μg protein in RIPA buffer) using GAD67 antibody (0.3μg/ml).

Purification
GAD67 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Application
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approx. 70kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) and in Mouse and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 66.9kDa according to Human NP_000808.2 and 66.6kDa according to Mouse NP_032103.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/ml.
