GABRG2 Antibody
Background
GABRG2 is a gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptor. GABA is the major inhibitory neurotransmitter in the mammlian brain, where it acts at GABA-A receptors, which are ligand-gated chloride channels. GABA-A receptors are pentameric, consisting of proteins from several subunit classes: alpha, beta, gamma, delta and rho. Mutations in this gene have been associated with epilepsy and febrile seizures. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.This gene encodes a gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptor. Application
GABRG2 antibody can be used for detection of GABRG2 by ELISA at 1:312500. GABRG2 antibody can be used for detection of GABRG2 by western blot at 1 μg/ml, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

Buffer
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μl of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml.
Storage
For longer periods of storage, store GABRG2 antibody at -20˚C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
