GABRB3 Antibody

Background

GABRB3 Antibody. This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_000805.1, NP_068712.1).

Additional Names

GABRB3, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) A receptor, beta 3, MGC9051, GABA(A) receptor beta-3 subunit, GABA-A receptor beta-3 subunit, GABA-alpha receptor beta-2 subunit, GABAA receptor beta-3 subunit

GABRB3 Antibody

Description

Left: Western blot analysis of GABRB3 in Human Placenta lysate (35μg protein in RIPA buffer) using GABRB3 antibody (0.1μg/ml).

Source

GABRB3 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of GABRB3.

Purification

GABRB3 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Clonality / Clone

This is a polyclonal antibody.

Host

GABRB3 antibody was raised in goat.

Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.

Application

Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments in Human Brain (Cerebral Cortex, Frontal Cortex and Cerebellum) lysates gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1μg/ml).

Tested Application

E

Buffer

GABRB3 antibody is supplied as 0.1mg of purified antibody, 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
