Description

Left: Western blot analysis of FTO in human pancreas lysate (35μg protein in RIPA buffer) using FTO antibody (0.03μg/mL).

FTO antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide of FTO.

Purification

FTO antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Clonality / Clone

This is a polyclonal antibody.

Host

FTO antibody was raised in goat.

Please use anti-goat secondary antibodies.

Application

Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approx. 60kDa band observed in human pancreas lysates (calculated MW of 58.0kDa according to NP_036066.2). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1μg/ml.
