FLIP Peptide
Background
FLIP (C-Terminus) Peptide
Location
18 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human FLIP.
Application
FLIP peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-FLIP? (Cat. No. 1161). Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
