Background
Human DNA-binding protein (dbpA) is a member of a Y-box binding protein family containing a cold shock domain. The increased expression of Y box binding proteins in somatic cells is associated with cell proliferation and transformation.

DbpA/CSDA antibody was produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human CSDA.
Application
DbpA/CSDA antibody can be used for Western blot at a suggested dilution of 1 μg/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1: 50,000 - 100,000 as secondary antibody. The protein size is 372 amino acids.

Antibody is supplied in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Product may ship lyophilized. To reconstitute add 100μl of distilled water making the final concentration 1 mg/ml.
Storage
DbpA/CSDA antibody is supplied in PBS buffer containing 0.02% sodium azide. For longer periods of storage, store at -20ºC. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycle.
