Location
21 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human DC-SIGN.
Application
DC-SIGN peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of DC-SIGN (Cat. No. 2347). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with an equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C
