Primary Antibodies
DBP Antibody
Background
D-site-binding protein (DBP) is a member of the PAR bZIP (proline and acidic amino acid-rich basic leucine zipper) transcription factor family.
Additional Names
DABP
|
Description
Left: Western blot analysis of DBP in HepG2 cell lysate using anti-DBP.
|
Purification
Rabbit IgG is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method.
Clonality / Clone
This is a polyclonal antibody.
Host
DBP antibody was raised in rabbit.
Please use anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibodies.
Immunogen
DBP antibody was produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human DBP.
Application
DBP antibody can be used for Western blot at a suggested dilution of 0.5-5.0 ug/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1: 50,000 - 100,036 as secondary antibody. The protein size is 325 amino acids.
Tested Application
WB, IHC
Buffer
Antibody is supplied in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Product may ship lyophilized. To reconstitute add 100μl of distilled water making the final concentration 1 mg/ml.
